Our house offers comfortable, cozy, family style accommodations, 4 BR 2 BA, with beautiful Balinese wood furnishings.  The setting is lovely and woodsy...a large double lot near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with off street parking, nice landscaping, fruit and other exotic trees, and an elevated walkway extending to a treetop deck with patio umbrellas and a picnic table.  The perfect getaway for rest and relaxation with the whole family or just close friends. Enjoy the hot tub/jacuzzi, gas barbeque, large brick fireplace, and expansive living/dining area with plenty of room for the whole gang to hang out. 

The house is a five minute walk to Mother’s Beach, ten minutes to Hacienda Beach, two minutes to Berry's Market, and a fifteen minute drive to downtown Guerneville.  Near the beginning of Westside Road, our house is a perfect location for wine tasting day trips and bicycling excursions. 

The main living area is on the second floor. There are three bedrooms upstairs (two queens and one double), with foldout futons available. While the house comfortably sleeps 7, it can accommodate 8 or 9, with the kids using futons downstairs in the Rec room, if needed. In the downstairs area (accessible only from the garden) there is a fourth bedroom (queen), bathroom, shower, rec room, second TV, and laundry room with a washer and two dryers. 

Our house is the perfect setting for a quiet retreat with friends or for big famly gatherings!
